All orders will ship within 7-14 business days excluding holidays and weekends after your payment is processed.
Delivery timing is 2-5 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.

All cancellation requests will be considered, but only those submitted within 24 hours of completing an order will be 100% guaranteed.
Cancellation requests submitted more than 24 hours after completing an order may be honored with store credit if the order has not already been shipped.

We will happily accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your order.
If more than 14 days has passed since your order was delivered to you, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or credit.

To be eligible, your purchased items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
